Watercolor one of my favorite mediums...This watercolor took on a very eerie feel when the face as digitalized...not only to disquise the watercolor getting away...but turned out really cool. Today is our fourth anniversary!

I met my James in Boston, in May of 2003, I was in Boston for the weekend, just getting on with life as My Husband Wayne had just passed away in early April. I saw this guy starring at me on a trolley. I got off at the Freedom Trail and by the time I got to The US Constitution, (a ship), he asked me to take a picture of him in front of it. He took one of me as well. We talked for a bit when he revealed that his wife of 38 yrs. had passed away April of 2000. He asked me to dinner, and I reluctantly agreed. I told him I wasn't ready to date. At dinner he told me you prayed and God sent me. Oh boy what a line. Long story short he asked if he could call me when I felt like dating. In July he called asked me to go out and I told him I wasn't dating yet. I told him about a trip I was taking to San Francisco the next week. He asked where I was staying, and showed up there...didn't think I should be alone. Well our first real date turned out to be a wonderful week long. He proposed in November and we were married in Vegas May 15, 2004. This is a picture of us from The Berman Center, we did a pilot show for Dr. Laura. I guess we were to happy of a couple for us to be in her Showtime program...lol. Much love to all.

Survivor Dancer

This is a piece I created last spring...She traveled in August to many Y-Me functions. They actually wanted me to donate the piece to be hung in there Chicago Y-Me office. As I created her, I asked my Husband James how do I shape her breasts? He added her breast after I went to bed. His Wife of 37 yrs. had survived her Breast Cancer in the late 80's and she loved to dance, said it remind him of her. So I let the painting stand as a statement to survivors to live their lives. Patricia died in 2000. I turned her on Photobucket...not showing at present...lol.

St. Louis last weekend.

We went to St. Louis to catch up with my Daughter, (who lives in Phoenix, AZ) she was in a wedding in Nashville, TN on Saturday.

What fun we had the road trip unremarkable (no traffic) the city was awash with Cub fans! In for 3 games with the Cardinals. We stayed at The Hilton at the Park. Was beautiful hotel, but they were full to capacity and our play was not very pleasent.

Anyway a photo from St. Louis...From the night life.
